Planned in 3D, healed with less downtime

The tools we use to plan implants precisely, diagnose what flat X-rays miss, and help surgical sites heal faster.

  1. 01

    Digital X-rays

Sensors instead of film capture images of your teeth and bone in seconds.

Why it matters: Lower radiation than film X-rays, instant images on screen, and easy to show you exactly what we see.

  2. 02

3D cone beam CT (CBCT) imaging

A 3D scan of your jaw, teeth, nerves and sinuses, taken while you stand or sit for a few seconds.

Why it matters: Essential for planning implants, grafts and sinus lifts precisely, and for diagnosing problems flat X-rays can miss.

  3. 03

    3D scanning

Digital three-dimensional views of your mouth for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Why it matters: More precise planning, and a clearer picture to explain your options.

  4. 04

    Computer-guided implant placement

Your implant is planned on the 3D scan, and a surgical guide directs it to that exact position and angle.

Why it matters: Implants placed where the final tooth needs them, with fewer surprises during surgery.

  5. 05

    Dental lasers, including Nd:YAG

Lasers used for certain surgical and gum procedures.

Why it matters: Minimally invasive treatment, with less discomfort and faster healing for many procedures.

  6. 06

    Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF)

A healing material made from a small sample of your own blood.

Why it matters: Placed in surgical sites after extractions, grafts and implants to support healing.

Desert Dental Alternatives is a dental practice, not a dental laboratory.
