This policy explains how Bruno Lemay, DMD APC, doing business as Desert Dental Alternatives ("we"), handles information collected through this website. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which covers your dental records and is available at our office.

If you send an appointment request, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred language, the reason for your visit, the best time to call, and any message you write. Please do not include medical history, insurance ID numbers or other private health details in the form. We will collect those securely when we speak with you or at your visit.

How we use it

We use the information only to contact you about your request and to schedule your care. We will not sell, share, lease or rent your information to third parties for their marketing.

Third-party services on this site

• The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

Text messages

If you agree to be contacted by text when you send a request, we will only text you about that request and your appointments. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
